Fried noodles is the one dish that irrespective of the age, always comes up first in mind. It’s not only easy to prepare, but also delicious. If you wish, you can cook the noodles and prepare all the ingredients in advance, then keep them in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook. The dish is so colorful and so unique.

It’s available almost in every corner of the Island, whether in Street Food stalls, Food Trucks or Restaurant as well. Sometimes fried or boiled noodles can be eaten along with a variety of dumplings from Chayote to Mushroom or even Shrimp to Lamb dumplings. A true bowl of comfort really especially during cold winter days, late at night between friends. Good times and laughters are to be guaranteed around a great bowl of fried or boiled noodles.
